Ocean Spa Hotel, Cancun

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, primarily due to the attentive staff who really made us feel welcomed. The location is quite good, with easy access to the beach. However, the facilities are showing their age, and the bathrooms could use an upgrade, as they can be uncomfortable during a shower. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable and offered good value for money.

My stay at Ocean Spa Hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the beach was not as appealing as I had hoped, with some areas being quite dirty and smelly. The all-inclusive package felt excessive, especially since we mostly ventured out for meals. The hotel had some great amenities, but I will say the pool area was poorly utilized during our visit.
